Kerry Hamilton
Kerry Hamilton is a Ph.D. candidate in Environmental Engineering. Her research focuses on quantitative microbial risk assessment modelling for pathogens in environmental media to inform treatment guidelines and public health risk management. While at Drexel, she has worked on risk assessments for drinking water and reclaimed water, and developed microbial dose response functions. She is also president of Drexel Graduate Women in Science and Engineering which organizes academic, community service, and networking events for the Drexel community.
Kerry holds undergraduate (BA) and Master’s degrees (MHS) in public health from Johns Hopkins University and was an Association of Schools of Public Health fellow at the US Environmental Protection Agency. She is certified in Public Health (CPH) and is also an Engineer in Training (EIT).
